About The Forum
The Forum is a 28,000-square-foot event venue near Rivergate, outside downtown Nashville. Weddings can use the Venus Theater for ceremonies, the Atrium for cocktail hour, and the Pantheon for receptions, with private bridal and groom preparation suites. The venue can host up to 600 guests; the Venus Theater seats up to 200. Rentals include an on-site event manager, security, tables and chairs, audio-visual equipment and lighting with an AV technician, event cleaning staff, prep kitchen access, and parking for approximately 300 vehicles. Outside caterers are welcome with proof of insurance, and bar staff is provided when clients supply their own alcohol. Venue access runs from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. the following day.
