It is a working property converted from a 1950s motor lodge and is being renovated in phases. Phase 1 is scheduled to open in January 2027 with cabins that include a kitchen, a sitting area and a bathroom, and the property offers a private sauna time slot for up to six people. Dogs are welcome, and each cabin has one dedicated parking space. The property is available for full and partial buyouts. It has no indoor event space yet, so events are held outdoors in suitable weather for up to 20 people total, with a choice of outside catering. Wedding groups can book a buyout for events such as a rehearsal dinner by the brook.
