The Eighty Four is a restored 1946 dairy barn venue in the New River Valley, with a bright, open interior and a handcrafted timber-frame pergola. Its outdoor ceremony site includes vintage heart pine pews seating up to 150 guests; receptions can take place beneath the stars or in the appointed indoor reception space, with clear acrylic chairs for up to 150 and handcrafted farm tables. The venue offers exclusive access from Friday at 11 a.m. through Saturday at 11 p.m., bridal and groom getting-ready rooms, onsite parking assistance, a scheduled rehearsal, weekend timeline planning, and day-of coordination. Donkeys live on the farm and can be part of event photos or visits. The separately described Nira House is a short distance away in downtown Floyd and is not treated as venue accommodation on-site.
