About The CoLab Concepts

The CoLab Concepts operates boutique event spaces in Lakewood, Ohio, with wedding options at The Parlour & The Lounge and Biographie. Biographie is a light-filled 2,000-square-foot space in the historic Lake Erie Building, with white walls, 10-foot ceilings, large windows, and flexible layouts for ceremonies, receptions, or both. It seats up to 84 guests; for a ceremony and reception together, the venue recommends 55–65 guests to allow for a room transition. The Parlour and The Lounge connect through an interior hallway and offer 1,800 square feet for up to 80 guests. The Parlour is bright and airy, while The Lounge has a speakeasy-inspired atmosphere. Wedding bookings at Biographie include tables and chairs, lounge furnishings, a mobile bar, kitchenette access, a private dressing room, catering preparation space, setup and cleanup, planning guidance, and an on-site venue coordinator. Couples may bring their own caterers and alcohol; alcohol requires event liability insurance with Host Liquor Liability.
