The Boylston Rooms

About The Boylston Rooms

Set in a former textile mill in Easthampton, The Boylston Rooms pairs original mill floors, brickwork, steel beams and large windows with flexible indoor and outdoor event areas. Weddings can include ceremonies in the East Room or at the Lower Mill Pond waterfront, receptions in the East or West Room, and social hours in the Garden Courtyard. The waterfront meadow, behind the mill, is suited to intimate outdoor ceremonies and portraits, with the venue recommending it for weddings of 50 guests or fewer. The East Room is 2,600 square feet, with capacity for 200 guests for a ceremony or 100 for a reception. The 3,800-square-foot West Room can host receptions for up to 200. Couples also have access to two preparation suites, with hair and makeup stations, private bathrooms, seating and emergency kits. Weekend rentals include six hours in the East Room, West Room and Garden Courtyard, setup and breakdown, two event coordinators, rehearsal, decor, tables, chairs, linens, Wi-Fi and in-house catering with a full liquor license. Myer's Catering provides food and bar service; outside caterers are not allowed, though outside desserts may be brought in. The venue is ADA-compliant, with step-free entry, event areas and suites on the first floor, accessible restroom stalls and a wheelchair available. A large parking lot is across the street. Dogs are permitted under stated leash, supervision and vaccination requirements; confetti, glitter, sand and sparklers are prohibited. Weekend rental rates for 2027–2028 vary by day and season, from $5,700 to $10,000 before applicable tax and fees. Midweek Button Weddings and elopement packages are also offered, with package prices that include services beyond venue rental.
