About The Barn at Big Oak, LLC

Set in Franklin, Georgia, The Barn at Big Oak is a rustic, family-built venue for weddings and other events. The 1,160-square-foot barn has an additional 192-square-foot loft, and can serve as a reception space or as an indoor ceremony setting beneath its chandelier. Couples may also hold an outdoor ceremony at the Big Oak or in the open chapel, which seats 175. The covered pavilion has a panoramic venue view, and a separate 1,000-square-foot dance floor features chandeliers, a fire pit area, and bar-top seating spools. The catering kitchen has a sink, commercial warming cabinet, refrigerator, freezer, and counter space, but no stove or food-heating capability. Couples may use outside caterers without an additional fee. Tables, linens, chairs, benches, and select decorative items are provided; inventory supports 170 guests, with extra chairs available through an outside vendor.
