Sunnybrae Mansion Farm
Wedding venue in Milford, Delaware
About Sunnybrae Mansion Farm
Sunnybrae Mansion Farm pairs a historic mansion and 90 acres of grounds with a modern, temperature-controlled reception hall on the same property. Couples can hold both their ceremony and reception on-site, with ceremony options including an arch, gazebo, pergola, or the mansion’s portico and reflection pool. The hall includes a dance floor and connects to a covered wrap-around patio for cocktail hours; its doors open to bring in fresh air and natural light. The flat-rate wedding rental provides access to the mansion, grounds, and reception hall for the full weekend, from Friday afternoon through Sunday noon. The mansion has nine bedrooms and accommodates about 15 overnight guests, with rooms that can serve as getting-ready spaces. The property also offers three kitchens, a wine cellar and bar, and on-site parking. Tables and chairs can be arranged through a recommended rental vendor, and the venue works with preferred vendors for catering, alcohol, photography, and flowers. The venue reports ADA/ACA accessibility.
