About Suite 150

Suite 150 is a micro event space in the Arts District of downtown Las Vegas, at 1025 S. 1st St. It is rented for private and public gatherings such as baby showers, graduation parties, memorials, art shows, pop-up shops and product launches. The main room measures 814 square feet and holds no more than 50 people at one time. Rentals are limited to the inside of the suite, and renters may decorate the space as they wish. The room comes with 40 black folding chairs, eight 30-inch black bar stools, four cocktail tables, six 6-foot folding tables, a 70-inch TV with HDMI input and a sound bar, a Bluetooth speaker, free Wi-Fi, blackout blinds, dimmable lighting, a tripod laptop stand, and heating and air conditioning. Table coverings and setup are available as an add-on. There is no kitchen on site. Renters may bring prepared food or hire an outside caterer, but on-site cooking and food trucks are not permitted, and alcohol must come from a City of Las Vegas licensed vendor. Parking is in the lot directly in front of the space, the suite is wheelchair accessible, and two restrooms are down the hall. Restaurants, bars, galleries and coffee shops are within walking distance.
