The Statesville Woman’s Clubhouse is a 1928 building on the site of the club’s original clubhouse, purchased in 1927, and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The indoor venue has capacity for up to 75 guests and is offered for intimate weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners and other private gatherings. It is a short walk from downtown Statesville. Event areas include a main room with seating for up to 75, a parlor reception area with a baby grand piano, and a flex room suited to buffet or beverage service, dressing, staging or private meetings. The building also has a front porch, a rear deck and accessibility ramp, a large prep kitchen, projector and screen, high-speed internet and on-site parking. The building is not fully wheelchair accessible. Basic weekend rentals are $200 for five hours or less and $400 for more than five hours; weekday rental is $50 per hour with a three-hour minimum or $325 for a full day. Premium weekend packages vary by guest count and duration. A $60 cleaning fee applies. Alcohol is limited to beer, wine or champagne, and events serving these beverages require proof of $1 million in liability coverage. Loud music must stop by 10 p.m.; smoking, drugs and hard liquor are prohibited.
