About St. Francis Hall

St. Francis Hall is an event venue in Brookland, adjacent to the Franciscan Monastery. Its hall features soaring ceilings, exposed wood beams, arched windows, hardwood floors, a stage and a covered terrace overlooking a fish pond. Weddings can be held inside the hall or on the private lawn. Couples may use the Monastery gardens for photographs, and the venue includes an upstairs bridal apartment. The hall is ideally suited for 200 guests and can accommodate up to 225, with free parking. The rental includes tables and chairs, sound equipment, a projection screen, a full catering kitchen, and eight hours of event time. Clients choose from approved caterers; bringing personal alcohol is permitted.

Pricing note

Venue rental: $10,000 Fridays and Sundays; $14,000 Saturdays. Weekday rates by inquiry; holiday weekends add $1,000. January and February events receive a $2,000 discount. Rentals include eight hours; additional time is $800 per hour. A 50% rental payment and refundable $750 security deposit are required to reserve.
