About Seven Springs Farm & Historic Venue

Seven Springs is a secluded wedding property in King William County, set on more than 100 acres around an early eighteenth-century manor house. The grounds include historic homes, gardens, lawns and a wildflower field. Couples can hold ceremonies outdoors on the magnolia-lined back lawn or at other outdoor locations, with an indoor ceremony option beneath the reception pavilion. Receptions are typically held in the 40-by-90-foot pavilion, which has restrooms, optional side walls, heating and cooling, a catering kitchen, dimmable bistro lighting and electrical outlets for a band or DJ. The carriage house can host small ceremonies or receptions and rehearsal dinners for up to 40 guests. The venue offers overnight accommodation for up to 20 guests across the Manor House, Honeymoon Cottage and Guest House. Day rentals include 12 hours of property use and a one-hour ceremony rehearsal; staff, chairs, tables, bars, lawn games, a parking attendant and golf cart service are among the listed provisions. Couples must use a licensed and insured caterer, and a licensed wedding planner or day-of coordinator and event insurance are required.

Full-weekend Friday–Sunday weddings are listed at $17,500 peak season and $15,500 off season for 2026–2027; 2028 rates are $18,500 and $16,500. Rates are subject to change; holiday weekends are excluded from the off-season discount.
