Seven Paths Manor is a private 135-acre countryside estate reserved for one couple each weekend, with exclusive use from Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon. The property offers eight ceremony areas, including the Manor House-Portico, Grove, Springs, Raveena, Vista, Gables (Barn), and Pavilion, along with covered ceremony and reception options for weather contingencies. The reception pavilion includes an 18-by-18-foot dance floor, tables and chairs, outdoor sound systems, and nearby restrooms. Weekend rentals include overnight lodging for up to 40 guests in the Manor House and Couples Cottage, with the option to add the City Lodge for up to 10 more guests. The Manor House has a chef-style kitchen, pool and hot tub, billiard room, bridal salon, laundry room, and multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. The Couples Cottage includes a kitchen, laundry, games, deck, fenced yard, and private parking. On-site services and amenities include golf-cart shuttling, parking, security, rehearsal-dinner setup for up to 50 guests, and a collection of decor items for couples to use. Couples may bring their own caterer; licensed bar service is required when serving off-site guests.
