Sanger House Gardens is a historic Victorian property in Milwaukee's Brewer's Hill neighborhood, offering a lush garden setting for weddings and events. The gardens span about two-thirds of an acre and feature over 400 plant varieties. The venue can accommodate up to 75 guests for intimate ceremonies and receptions, with both outdoor garden spaces and indoor rooms in the Victorian home (parlors and dining room for 40–50 guests) and a carriage house (800 sq ft with bathroom and kitchen) used for catering prep and gathering. Catering is not provided but outside caterers are welcome; alcohol is allowed with a licensed bartender. Tables, chairs, and pop-up tents are included in the hourly rental rate. On-site accommodation is available in the Carriage House bed and breakfast (sleeps 2). Free parking is available on site and on adjacent streets. The gardens are open daily 8:30 am–6 pm unless a private event is scheduled.
