An air-conditioned cabin with a full bath can be included for host or bridal-suite use by arrangement. Hosts may use outside vendors, including caterers, and can ask about the private nature trail. Tours are by appointment.

Event packages start at $2,500 for up to 75 people and five hours of venue use. Guests above 75 are about $35 each, with a 100-guest maximum for online planning; extra time is $100 per hour with a 10 PM cutoff. Smaller gatherings and special situations may be custom quoted. A 50% deposit reserves the date; the remaining balance is due at least 24 hours before the event. Deposits are refundable until 30 days before the event, then nonrefundable; rescheduling is handled case by case.
