A wedding venue at the top of the Epic Incline is offered for larger events, with availability, capacity and coordination handled by contacting the property directly. Guests enter through one of four keypad-controlled gates, and residents can issue them temporary gate codes. Getting around is by e-bike or electric golf cart on designated roads, since trails are non-motorized. Nightly and weekly vacation rentals are not permitted. Denver is about two hours away, Colorado Springs about one hour and Pueblo about 45 minutes.
