Room With A View

Wedding venue in Nashville, Tennessee

About Room With A View

Room With A View is an industrial loft wedding and event venue in a former car factory in Marathon Village, minutes from downtown Nashville. The third-floor event space features exposed brick, high ceilings, hardwood floors, large windows overlooking the downtown skyline, and access to historic Marathon Village for photos. Guests enter through the Marathon car museum and can reach the venue by the original staircase or elevator. The space accommodates up to 150 seated guests or 200 standing. It has a permanent stage, A/V access, a catering kitchen, and a dumbwaiter. Couples may use private vendors of their choice. Two ready rooms are available: the third-floor room fits 4–5 people, while the second-floor Engine Room fits 40–45 and has a kitchenette and hair and makeup area. The Engine Room can also be rented by the hour for smaller gatherings. Venue rentals include tables and chairs. Two complimentary parking lots provide about 100 spaces, with additional street parking nearby. Friday through Sunday rentals are 15 hours, from 9 a.m. to midnight; weekday rentals require a five-hour minimum, with an all-day option also available. Events must end by 10:30 or 11 p.m. to clear the venue by midnight. A day-of coordinator is required, and vendors must provide proof of liability insurance. Pets are allowed on leash, with an exception while walking down the aisle.
