Wedding rentals include the main level of the Red Barn, the Dairy Barn’s main level and loft (including a Ready Room), patio and outdoor grounds, parking, restrooms, a firepit, and a sound system in the Red Barn. Couples can hold ceremonies and receptions in either barn, or use outdoor green space with a rented tent. DIY and full setup options are available; the full setup package includes planning consultations and setup for the ceremony, dining area, and dance space. Tables, chairs, linens, décor, and photography access to the grounds are included. The venue permits couples to choose their vendors, bring food and drinks, and provide alcohol for guests subject to its stated rules. Capacity is up to 150 guests from April through October and 120 in March and November. Events are not booked in December through February.
