About Robidoux Row Museum
Robidoux Row is a restored brick and limestone building on the northwest corner of Third and Poulin Streets, in the heart of St. Joseph, Missouri. Built in the 1840s and completed in the 1850s by city founder Joseph Robidoux, it is believed to be the oldest apartment building west of the Mississippi River. Restoration began in 1975, the garden was laid out in 1980, and the building officially opened in 1981. It now operates as a museum of St. Joseph and frontier history, and its historic rooms are available for corporate events and private celebrations.
