Its seasonal offerings include a fall pumpkin patch and festival with farm animals, tube slides, a two-acre corn maze, hayrides and farm concessions, and a Christmas tree season with real-greenery wreaths, garland and fire pits. The farm rents three event spaces for private gatherings. A 20-by-40-foot event tent has open-air or enclosed sides and surrounding lawn space and is best suited to groups of 50 or more; the farm reports hosting events of up to 1,000 guests in it. A 24-by-30-foot hoophouse is enclosed on three sides and holds up to 30 adults or 40 guests including children. A 20-by-24-foot greenhouse is more enclosed and private and holds up to 20 adults or 30 guests including children. Larger groups may be accommodated for events that involve check-in and free roaming of the farm. Spring and summer birthday parties and private or corporate events use a 20-by-40-foot tent with picnic tables and serving tables, for up to 40 guests ages two and up in a 2.5-hour reservable window. Fall and winter birthday parties are reserved in four-hour blocks in a base space with simple seasonal decor, and guests may bring outside food, non-alcoholic beverages and decorations.
