Several event spaces are aboard the aircraft carrier USS Yorktown, which offers views of the harbor and city skyline. The Hangar Bay & Fantail is the most popular space, suited to dinners, receptions, meetings and awards ceremonies, with a built-in stage and audio-visual equipment; it holds up to 750 guests. The open-air Flight Deck also accommodates up to 750 guests for larger gatherings, and an alternate venue must be reserved in case of bad weather. A climate-controlled Smokey Stover Theater (up to 260 guests) and a daytime-only Board Room (up to 35 guests) complete the rentable spaces. Rental fees are quoted on request and do not include parking, and evening events may run from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. for up to four hours.

The rental fee includes 60-inch round tables and white folding chairs for up to 300 guests; linens are not included. Event rentals do not include parking. After receiving a contract, the client has 14 days to sign and provide a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable.
