Noble Hill-Wheeler Memorial Center is a restored Rosenwald School built in 1923 and located on a hill just off Joe Frank Harris Parkway in Cassville. The center presents the history and culture of Black communities in Bartow County, with material spanning from the late 1800s to the present. Its facility is available for small weddings and receptions as well as meetings, luncheons, reunions, showers, and other gatherings.
