About Museum of Pop Culture

The Museum of Pop Culture (MOPOP) is a nonprofit museum at 325 5th Ave N in Seattle, in a building designed by architect Frank O. Gehry, with more than 140,000 square feet across three floors of exhibitions and experiential installations. Museum hours are 10 AM to 5 PM daily. Private spaces can be booked for events held before, during, or after museum hours. They include Sky Church, a 700-guest space with a 33-by-60-foot HD LED screen and advanced acoustics and lighting; the Blue Lounge, a 40-guest room with a private bar and restroom that overlooks Sky Church; the East Lobby with Culture Kitchen, for up to 250 guests under vaulted ceilings; The Lounge, a 110-guest space with plush seating and a wraparound bar; the Sound + Vision Theater with a built-in projector and screen; the Learning Labs for smaller meetings and presentations; and an Outdoor Plaza beside the west entrance with views of the Space Needle, usable as a standalone space in fair weather or paired with Sky Church events. Catering is provided by SSA Group, the museum's exclusive caterer, with menus across a range of service styles and room for customization. Culture Kitchen serves a Pacific Northwest menu, and The Lounge pours craft cocktails daily, so guests can dine or drink on site.
