About Mt. Washington Mill Dye House

Set in a historic cotton mill built in 1810, the Dye House combines exposed brick, wood beams, multi-pane windows, and distressed concrete floors across more than 5,000 square feet of interior and exterior event space. Weddings can use the stone Courtyard for ceremonies, the Cocktail Room and connected Patio for mingling, and the Dye House Room for dinner and dancing. The venue can host ceremonies and receptions, with indoor ceremony options available in cold or inclement weather. Full-venue wedding rentals include the Cocktail Room and Patio, Courtyard, and Dye House Room, along with tables, 200 cross-back chairs, a wedding party holding suite, an exclusive-caterer kitchen, and a venue manager. The venue manager supports planning and oversees venue operations on the event day. Exclusive caterers provide food, beverages, alcohol, staffing, and tabletop items; outside alcohol is not permitted. Parking is available in the mill's front lot and an overflow lot across the street. The venue is fully climate controlled and accessible, with wide doorways, ADA restrooms, and step-free transitions between spaces.
