About Mt. Philo Inn

Mt. Philo Inn is a historic property in rural Charlotte beside Mt. Philo State Park, with views across the Champlain Valley toward Lake Champlain and the Adirondack Mountains. The historic inn was converted to condominiums in 2021, and the West Wing is described as the only suite still offered for short-term rental. The inn occasionally hosts receptions for weekend guests in its 2,000-square-foot ballroom. The West Wing occupies the first floor of the original inn and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and three porches.
