The farmhouse has five bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and four fireplaces; lodging upgrades are available, and the house sleeps up to 14. Guests may use their own vendors, and the venue can help coordinate vendors from its network. The barn has a fireplace with firewood, patio heaters for cold weather, a concrete dance floor, and dimmable interior and exterior lighting. Two full restrooms, including one ADA restroom, are near the barn; the house also has a ground-floor half bath. Parking is provided in two lots with additional driveway parking. Fireworks are prohibited, sparklers are allowed, smoking is prohibited inside and within 20 feet of the buildings, and pets are not allowed inside the house or barn.
