The farmhouse sleeps up to 12 and includes a wedding-day Get-Ready Suite; a separate Lodge next door sleeps up to eight, and an apartment Suite next door is available for event-day use in summer and fall. Couples choose their caterer, who must carry in and carry out. Alcohol may be served with a rented live-edge bar and the couple’s own bartender, subject to Host Liquor Liability coverage on the event insurance form. Event insurance is required. Dogs may attend ceremonies only with prior written consent; pets are not allowed on the premises during the day or overnight. Nearby overflow lodging is a short drive away, with shuttle service available.
