Moofy's Farmhouse is a private Chesapeake waterfront estate in Royal Oak, arranged for exclusive group stays across five buildings and 41 bedrooms. Weddings are coordinated with the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum next door: ceremonies and receptions take place at the museum, while the estate provides guest lodging, welcome gatherings, brunch and an after-party in its barn. The estate also hosts smaller celebrations and corporate retreats. On the property, guests have access to a private pier, pool, tennis and pickleball courts, kayaks and canoes, a library, art barn, kitchen gardens and an ice-cream parlor. Meal options include a private chef, catered menus and guest use of the houses' kitchens.
