About McCloud Golf Club
McCloud Golf Club is a member-owned, nine-hole golf course open to public play at 1001 Squaw Valley Road in McCloud, California, with views of Mt. Shasta. The course first opened for play in 1923. It is a regulation nine-hole layout with separate back-side tees that create an 18-hole round; from the longest tees it measures 6,060 yards with a par of 36. Water hazards and sand traps are part of play. A driving range is on site, and golf carts, walking carts and clubs are available to rent. The clubhouse houses the pro shop and a restaurant, Bogey's Cafe, which serves breakfast and lunch. Pro shop hours generally run from early April through the end of October. The club hosts golf tournaments, events and weddings, and takes event requests through a contact form.
