About Mayowood Stone Barn
Mayowood Stone Barn is a private, year-round wedding and event venue on historic grounds near Rochester, Minnesota. The century-old stone property combines indoor barn spaces with outdoor grounds for ceremonies and gatherings. The main barn’s Carriage Way is used for dinners, receptions and dancing, while the second-floor Loft hosts ceremonies and can serve as a weather backup. Outdoor ceremonies are offered beneath the Old Oak Tree or in open areas overlooking the field; the venue notes that a public road runs behind the tree ceremony location. Weddings include access to the available venue areas, and the property also offers getting-ready rooms, lawn space and a bonfire pit.
