About Mantra Tea House

Mantra Tea House is a private-event venue in downtown Grass Valley’s Union Building. The historic building has exposed brick, post-and-beam construction, vaulted ceilings, a skylight and rounded windows. Its 7,000-square-foot, two-level layout has entrances on Mill Street and South Auburn Street. The lower level brings together a tea house, restaurant, lounge, two bars, a stage and a record lounge; wrap-around windows provide outdoor dining and lounging options. Weddings and other private events are hosted, with catering available, including farm-to-table cuisine and vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. A full sound system and high-speed internet are available throughout the building.
