About Manning Hausbarn Heritage Park

Set among the rolling fields and prairie of western Iowa, Manning Hausbarn Heritage Park offers indoor and outdoor settings for wedding ceremonies and receptions across its historic buildings and grounds. Couples may hold ceremonies in Trinity Church, the German Hausbarn, the Leet/Hassler Farmstead Grove, or other outdoor areas. The Konferenz Centre provides reception space in Hansen Hall, Fireside Room, and Roten Bar Tavern, with the courtyard also available. Trinity Church is identified as a weather backup for ceremonies, and the Konferenz Centre can serve as a reception backup. The park lists approximately 9,600 square feet of indoor space and a 5,700-square-foot outdoor courtyard. Rental includes tables and chairs, and wedding rentals include indoor and outdoor photography access during the reserved time. Renters may select a licensed and insured caterer or cater their own function; venue-provided bartenders handle alcohol service. The property is primarily wheelchair accessible, with level-designated parking, ramped walkways, accessible restrooms, and venues accessible within reason. The Heritage Park Campground is on site; Cobblestone Inn & Suites and Stein Guest House are listed in Manning, with the Cobblestone Inn described as steps away.
