The property features a historic bank barn with modern updates, an outdoor stone patio with a gas fireplace, and two separate getting-ready suites in the farmhouse and original summer kitchen. Ceremonies can be held on the patio, in the barn, in front of the barn, in a wildflower field, or in a wooded cove. Receptions take place on the patio, in the barn's main or lower level, or in an open field. The venue accommodates up to 200 guests; the barn seats 165 on its main level and 185 using both levels. Amenities include restrooms, a caterer's kitchen prep space, a bar area with a concrete bar, a loft for a DJ or band, a golf cart shuttle, and a security guard. On-site floral services are required, with a minimum $200 floral spend. Couples may use their own vendors with proof of insurance. Alcohol is permitted with licensed bartenders and a security guard.
