About Magnolia House and Garden

Magnolia House and Garden is an event center in historic Jonesboro with a home-like Southern setting, a renovated interior, and a garden with magnolia trees, azaleas, roses, and other flowers. It hosts weddings and other private events, with ceremony options inside the house or outdoors among the flowers. The garden can accommodate up to 150 guests at tables, and a covered pavilion holds up to 48. The venue offers an on-staff chef, event design, floral and table décor, and setup and teardown services. It is all-inclusive, so outside food and catering are generally not permitted; the venue is alcohol- and smoke-free.

Pricing note

2026 wedding and reception facility fees cover four hours and vary by season and guest count: house, up to 80 guests, $1,200 November–April or $1,500 May–October; garden, up to 200 in the garden and 60 under the pavilion, $2,000 November–April or $2,750 May–October; house and garden, $3,000 November–April or $3,750 May–October. Wedding setup fees are additional. A separate 2026 menu lists a $250 facility fee for the first two hours and $250 per additional hour; confirm applicable pricing for the event.
