The boats serve as mobile, climate-controlled venues for ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, and other wedding events. The largest boats, Lady of the Lake and Grand Belle of Geneva, can host up to 225 guests for receptions and 100–130 for ceremonies. Smaller vessels such as the Steam Yacht Louise and Polaris are suited for intimate groups. All charters include dedicated event coordination, and catering is provided by in-house Lake Life Catering with options for plated dinners, buffets, and hors d'oeuvres. Bar service is available through cash bar, bar tab, or open bar. The main season runs May through October; winter Santa Cruise events operate from a separate winter harbor. Parking is metered in downtown Lake Geneva, and free bus parking is available for groups.
