About Kalahari Resorts & Conventions - Wisconsin Dells

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions - Wisconsin Dells combines a resort stay with a dedicated convention center at 1305 Kalahari Drive. Its 212,000 square feet of flexible event space include the Africa, Kilimanjaro and Kalahari ballrooms, smaller meeting rooms, boardrooms, reception foyers and an outdoor patio. African artwork, chandeliers, configurable lighting and audiovisual services give couples several settings for a ceremony, dinner and reception. The Wisconsin wedding team offers planning support, catering, cake and champagne, with seated meals, buffets and professional bar service available. The largest ballroom has a published rounds-of-eight layout for 3,600, while smaller divided rooms support more intimate arrangements; theater and standing-reception figures are different and are not wedding dinner guarantees. Final capacity depends on the selected room and layout, including space needed for a dance floor or staging. Guest rooms and suites, waterpark admission for registered overnight guests, on-site dining, a spa and family activities support a wedding weekend. Sands suites connect to the main resort by an enclosed skywalk; Lake Delton Waterfront Villas and Trappers Turn Golf Club are affiliated options a few miles away. The resort is open throughout the year, with complimentary WiFi and approximately 2,000 free event-parking spaces. Room layouts, catering arrangements, outside-vendor permissions and current charges are coordinated with the catering team.
