The open-air gazebo and fountain area offer ceremony settings; receptions can take place outdoors, while the historic residence provides an indoor option for smaller gatherings. The residence seats up to 80 indoors. Wedding packages include tables and chairs, setup and breakdown, a venue facilitator and an approximately one-hour rehearsal. Caterers may be selected by the couple, and food trucks are allowed. Alcohol and smoking are prohibited, and amplified music must end by 10 p.m. The venue does not provide overnight accommodations.

Ceremony or reception only ranges from $3,500–$5,200 by day. Dec–Feb packages for up to 100 guests are $2,800–$3,500, with a $300 holiday surcharge. Additional hours are $200. A 25% nonrefundable booking deposit and refundable $500 damage deposit apply.
