Saturday packages provide exclusive access Friday from 2–8 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m.–10 p.m. Both package types include tables, chairs, an arbor and access to the venue inventory; weekday access includes a kitchenette, and Saturday packages also include a parking assistant and golf cart. Rehearsals are available, with rehearsal dinners permitted at no extra charge for Saturday weddings. The barn is not climate controlled, though permanent fans and patio heaters are available. The venue operates seasonally from April through November, allows licensed and insured outside vendors, and has prohibited alcohol at the venue since 2023.
