The tent is available April through October; both reception spaces accommodate up to 120 seated guests or 200+ standing, depending on floor plan and event logistics. Ceremony-only events are available year-round, while outdoor ceremony locations are seasonal. Wedding rentals include access to the Gardens and Butterfly Atrium during normal business hours, guest admission on the event day, one hour for rehearsal, and one hour for wedding-day photographs. The Gardens is wheelchair accessible and offers free event parking. Hershey Lodge provides food other than wedding cake and favors, and all alcohol must be purchased and served through the Lodge.
