About Heitz Cellar
The Salon at Heitz Cellar is the tasting room at 436 St. Helena Highway in St. Helena, on the original 1961 property of founders Joe and Alice Heitz. Set behind a private hedge, it looks across the valley floor toward the Vaca Range and the Only One Vineyard. Tastings are seated and guided by Wine Curators or Master Sommeliers, and an artisan cheese and charcuterie selection from the signature larder is available as an add-on. The Salon is open daily from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm by reservation, with walk-ins when availability allows. Private events can be requested by inquiry at The Salon.
