About Hay House
Hay House is a historic house museum at 934 Georgia Avenue in Macon, Georgia, operated by The Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation. The Italian Renaissance Revival house was built from 1855 to 1859 and is a National Historic Landmark. It is available for event rentals, including weddings, receptions, banquets and other occasions, alongside regular tours and special events. Behind-the-scenes tours reach areas usually closed to the public, including the wine cellar, a secret room, the balcony, the attic and the widow's walk with its view over Macon. Seasonal programming includes after-dark tours, a walking ghost tour of the Intown neighborhood, a tasting event and Santa visits in November.
