Fayette Depot Event Center

About Fayette Depot Event Center

The Fayette Depot Event Center is a multi-use event venue in downtown Fayetteville, Georgia, housed in a historic railroad depot building that dates to 1902 and combines its historic character with modern interior features. The indoor space is an open-floor-plan room of about 880 square feet, and a partially covered outdoor party platform of about 1,340 square feet, with a retractable awning over the deck, adds space for guests outdoors. The venue is smoke-free and handicap accessible and is suited to rehearsal dinners, corporate outings, birthday and graduation parties, baby showers and luncheons. Its posted building maximum is 98 people inside. Each rental includes tables and chairs, a prep kitchen, a 75-inch television with HDMI connection, speakers and a microphone, with a barbecue grill available to rent and designated areas for outdoor grilling and inflatables. Outside caterers are permitted. Alcohol, open flames, and grilling or deep frying inside the building or on the porch are not allowed. Free guest parking is provided.
