Elevate Meetings & Events is a meeting and event space at 210 Broadway in downtown Fargo, with Broadway-facing windows and a patio overlooking Broadway. The great room can be used as one indoor space or divided into a social or staging area and a private conference room. The conference area is furnished with walnut tables and Eames aluminum chairs, and the pre-function area combines meeting space with a kitchenette. Renters choose one of six room layouts: Executive Boardroom, U-Shape Boardroom, Classroom, Cocktail, Full Cocktail or Reception. The patio is available April through October and is limited by weather. The space is available Monday through Sunday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and renter and support-staff access is limited to the contract window within those hours. A caterer with a valid North Dakota liquor license may serve alcohol, and decorating and cleanup must be finished by the contract end time.

Each rental has a two-hour minimum, billed in half-hour increments after that.
