Edgewood Farm is a private rental property on a 35-acre hilltop in Deer Isle, with views across Penobscot Bay and the surrounding coastal landscape. The grounds include a New England farmhouse, renovated timber-frame barn, pond, meadows, hay fields, orchard, and gardens. Couples can hold ceremonies in the orchard or outdoors, and use the barn as a reception space or a rain backup for an outdoor ceremony. The barn’s upper floor accommodates approximately 100 guests for a seated dinner or 150 for seating only; its lower floor has pool and ping-pong tables, sofas, and chairs. A gazebo provides another setting for cocktails or intimate dinners. The site is reserved exclusively for the couple’s family and friends. Rehearsal dinners may include lobster and local farm produce, and a 1930 Model A Ford is available for wedding celebrations.
