The events team coordinates private celebrations, from intimate dinners to larger gatherings, in the barrel room, tank room, private rooms or on the terrace, and private events can also be held after hours from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. The grounds include a patio used for the Music on the Mountain concert series, where performances move to the tank room in bad weather. A sculpture park with walking trails along the streams and waterfalls, fire pits and picnic tables is free to visit daily from noon to 6:00 pm, except Thanksgiving and Christmas.
