The hand-built, 3,200-square-foot barn is a traditional Amish-style barn with a new concrete floor, chandeliers, windows, handcrafted farm tables and benches, and a built-in bar. Ceremonies can take place in an outdoor field with a handcrafted arbor, or inside the barn for smaller weddings or inclement weather. The property seats up to 160 guests. Two hand-built getting-ready spaces are on the property: a climate-controlled, one-room farmhouse-style cabin for the bride and her party, and a groom's suite with games, restrooms, and mounted vanities. On-site parking and three accessible restrooms are located next to the barn. The venue has no kitchen and no in-house catering; it allocates space for outside caterers to park and set up, and bartending is provided by the venue's own staff. Weddings are booked October through May, and packages run Friday through Sunday. Other celebrations such as family reunions, graduations, and anniversary parties are also hosted, and rehearsal dinners can be booked at the barn by the hour.
