Crofter's Green is a 25-acre property in Montgomery Center, Vermont, set between Jay Peak Resort and the town in the Northeast Kingdom. The wedding space is a post-and-beam barn measuring 40 by 60 feet, with dimmable lighting, a covered caterer's patio, and ample electrical capacity. Ceremonies can take place at a scenic arbor on the green, at a woodland site, or at any other spot on the estate. The Three-Day Soirée wedding package includes three days of exclusive access (Friday to Sunday or Tuesday to Thursday), an event space for up to 150 guests, a dance floor, an arbor, lighting, and battery backup for power outages. Couples are encouraged to choose their own vendors. The bar can be run by a catered bar service, offered as grab-and-go options, or built around custom cocktails. Overnight guests can stay in five themed cottages, which together host up to 14 guests, or in two powered camping pods. Tent camping and glamping are also available. The grounds include an outdoor hot tub, a grill, a large fire pit, and trails, with ample on-site parking and all-gender restrooms.
