About Color Club

Color Club is an event venue at 4146 N. Elston Ave. in Chicago, housed in a building first built in 1922 as the meeting place of the Independent Order of Vikings. The Latvian Community Center and Folk Art Museum took ownership in 1958. Each space has dedicated bathrooms and a coat rack, and the Ballroom and Tavern each have a bar. Color Club provides all bartenders and bar service, offering traditional, consumption, prepaid open-bar, max-spend and drink-ticket arrangements. Outside catering is welcome with advance approval. All spaces include an audio-visual system with a projector and screen. Private events carry a four-hour minimum that includes setup and cleanup. Birthday packages are offered in the Ballroom year-round and at the seasonal Sugar Hole ice cream window and outdoor seating area at the same address.
