Set on more than 280 private acres in Alton Bay, Cold Spring Farm offers mountain and pasture views, horse pastures, gardens, and wooded trails. Its two-story, 4,500-square-foot post-and-beam barn has expansive glass doors, indoor bathrooms, two built-in bars, and heating and air conditioning on the upper floor; the lower floor has heat. Outdoor event areas include a ceremony space with a cedar arbor and benches, and a patio with café lighting, a fire pit, Adirondack chairs, a bocce court, and outdoor games. The venue offers both outdoor and indoor ceremony options, with indoor ceremony seating for up to 100 in the rear of the barn. The bridal cottage provides a heated and air-conditioned space for getting ready. Wedding rentals include exclusive use of designated event spaces, an event manager, staff, tables, chairs, linens, décor, water stations, parking attendants, golf-cart service as needed, and post-event breakdown and cleanup. Couples may choose their own caterers, including food trucks; the farm does not provide in-house catering. An insured bartender is required to serve alcohol, and the venue also offers in-house bar service. No on-site lodging is currently offered; the website describes a loft apartment and cabin as separate accommodations available for wedding-related use, including overnight rental of the cabin.

Full-weekend rental: $14,000 for prime weekends June–October and $12,000 for off-prime weekends November–May. Weekday wedding rental: $9,000 prime and $7,000 off-prime for the same seasonal periods. Weekend rental includes four hours Friday for decorating and rehearsal; weekday package includes four hours the preceding day. Holiday weekends may carry an upcharge. No minimum spend; contact the venue for guest counts over 100.
