About Cleveland Museum of Natural History

The Cleveland Museum of Natural History offers a distinctive wedding and event venue set within its reimagined galleries and exhibits. The primary event space is the Visitor Hall, a 14,650-square-foot hall featuring iconic specimens and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Thelma and Kent H. Smith Environmental Courtyard, which can host outdoor cocktail receptions or ceremonies. Additional spaces include the 440-seat Murch Auditorium for meetings and performances, the Nathan and Fannye Shafran Planetarium for intimate dinners under the stars, and the Ralph Perkins II Wildlife Center & Woods Garden, an outdoor wildlife exhibit with walkways perfect for pre-function receptions. The venue can accommodate events of 10 to 1,000 guests. Catering is provided exclusively by Levy Hospitality Group, offering customizable menus and full-service bar options. The Museum provides tables, chairs, housekeeping, security, and an event manager. Parking is available in the on-site garage with self-pay or arranged valet services.
