Chelsea Sun Inn

Wedding venue in Mount Bethel, Pennsylvania

About Chelsea Sun Inn

Chelsea Sun Inn is a private 200-acre estate in Mount Bethel, with an 1811 stone mansion, farmland, forest and views of the Delaware Water Gap. It hosts one wedding at a time and offers five ceremony sites: a mountaintop, wishing well, lakeside setting, Grand Lobby and restored barn. Receptions are held in a decorated outdoor tent; the Garden Atrium, a glass-walled reception space, is planned to open in spring 2027. The Grand Lobby accommodates 75–100 guests indoors, while outdoor spaces accommodate up to 300; off-peak weddings are limited to 70 guests. The mansion has 13 suites for up to 36 overnight guests. The Wedding + Estate Stay package includes 24-hour estate access, overnight rooms and an afterparty by the pool, heated jacuzzi and fire pit. Both packages include ceremony and reception setup, tables, chairs, linens, a dance floor, lighting, an event manager, parking attendant and trolley service. Couples may bring their own licensed caterer and alcohol; the venue has an on-site chef’s kitchen and offers a staffed BYOB bar. The property also provides a rain plan, accessible main entrance, parking lot and restroom, and welcomes dogs in ceremonies.
